British Foreign Secretary David Cameron said that Britain’s ban on selling weapons to Israel will strengthen Hamas. Continuing arms sales to Israel will strengthen Israel, David Cameron should have said this. But the government continues to use Hamas as an excuse for unlimited support for Israel.
The government’s duty is not to think about Hamas, but the deaths of thousands of innocent people in the conflict that has been going on for months. It is Israel that should be thinking about Hamas, not the UK.
There is no such thing as Israel weakening anyway. Many countries in the world, including the US, do not even dare to take a stand against Israel. I wonder which is the reason for their fear: Hamas or the Jewish lobby?
What are Biden and other leaders afraid of? Why does the UK have unlimited support? For example, why can’t a significant part of the Arab countries find the courage to oppose Israel? Netanyahu is challenging the whole world on his own, but unfortunately there is no power to oppose him.
