The Guardian published another important news today. The number of ministers and MPs in the Conservative Party who are betting on the election date is increasing. The number of those detected has increased to 4.

Here is a short excerpt from The Guardian’s news today. ‘

‘A senior Conservative official has become the fourth party figure to be investigated by the gambling watchdog following reports that he placed dozens of bets on the timing of the election before it was announced.’

The Sunday Times newspaper gave similar news as follows.

‘Nick Mason, the Tories’ chief data officer, has been informed by the Gambling Commission he is part of its inquiry into bets on the election date, the Sunday Times reported. After being approached, the party told the newspaper Mason had taken a leave of absence.

So, when you look at this betting state of the Conservatives, you start to think that it might even be necessary to change the name of the party.

It was inevitable to find a name for the Conservative Party, like Coral, Ladbrokes or William Hill.
