Businesses that will disappear: Fish and chips and newsagents

Some professions are now reaching the end of their lives in this country. One of these professions is pub management and the other is Fish and Chip management. Even kiosks may follow these in the future.

Especially when you go to Fish and Chips establishments, the first thing that catches your attention is the ages of the people. For example, in a Fish cnd Chips restaurant that seats 30 people, you see that 90 percent of the customers are 66 and over. So young people don’t go to Fish and Chips anymore; They mostly prefer McDonalds style fast food.

These shops still do business in places where the elderly population is concentrated, but the problem is that the fish and chips culture is gradually disappearing. Young people no longer care about fish, chips or their culture.

Another type of business that will disappear is kiosks. The number of people going to buy newspapers from the newsstand is decreasing. If you pay attention, you will see that the average age of those who buy newspapers from the newsstand is between 60 and 80. Young people do not have the habit of reading newspapers. Some of the elderly are still not used to the internet.

As for whether paper newspapers will end their life? There’s still some time for that. This cannot be said for today, but this may come to the fore very soon.
