Elon Musk bought Twitter, but the trial is still ongoing. A federal court said Elon Musk must testify again in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s investigation into the $44 billion acquisition of Twitter, according to a court filing yesterday.
I wonder what is expected to be said in Musk’s statement? Is there any illegality, unfair acquisition of property or fraudulent sale?
I wonder if our brother Elon Musk will answer these questions? Or is there an unfair competition? Or was it that the sale was shown to be high but it wasn’t actually sold for 44 billion dollars?
