The British defense minister said that British forces will repel Houthi attacks, but the society still does not know what Houthi is, and frankly, neither do we. The US and the UK said they would respond to Houthi attacks, but they did not explain what the Houthis were.
The US and British warships have been shooting down these missiles and drones, at huge cost, but are now warning the Houthis to stop or risk military retaliation.
I wish the UK had announced that they would hit the Houthis before the US. But now the first thing that comes to mind is this: We have never succeeded in becoming a country that can make decisions independently of the US.
The government needs to inform the public about the Houthis issue because, unfortunately, we still do not understand why the Houthis attacked the UK and US navy.
