There is a powerful deep state in the US that does not want Trump to come to power. They did everything to stop Trump. They took many things to court, from tax evasion to paying prostitutes, but Trump won them all.
The deep US state could not prevent Trump from coming to power and considered eliminating him as the only solution. They made an agreement with 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, perhaps they guaranteed him a very good future, money that would keep him alive throughout his life, and a different name and a different face.
But actually what the deep state wanted to do was something else. They were going to make Crooks kill Trump, and then they were going to kill Crooks. In this way, they were going to eliminate Trump and write a heroic story by killing Crooks.
Trump survived the assassination, but Brooks was killed and eliminated.So the plan didn’t work and there were no witnesses left.
