If Russia is buying ballistic missiles from North Korea, how will it provide high technology?

According to The Guardian, Russia ‘attacked Ukraine with ballistic missiles supplied by North Korea’. The White House said Moscow was likely to provide advanced technologies to Pyongyang in return.

The question is: Hasn’t Russia, which has advanced technology, been able to make a ballistic missile so far? If it doesn’t have enough technology to make a ballistic missile, what high technology will it give to North Korea?

Unfortunately, we are skeptical of every statement made by the US since the Iraq war. It is already known that the US does not like North Korea very much. He may be trying to unite the two enemies on a common point and create public opinion again.

Anyway, if North Korea is strong enough to sell weapons to Russia, it can also have influence on South Korea. In fact, it may be the largest armed power in the region after China. Let’s say that the US and Biden should not be too upset…
