If throwing milkshakes is a crime, isn’t it a crime to provoke the public?

Victoria Thomas Bowe has pleaded guilty to throwing a McDonald’s milkshake at Reform UK leader Nigel Farage during the general election campaign.

Can throwing a milkshake in Nigel Farage’s face be a crime? Does the crime make the person a criminal?

But can fanning the flames of xenophobia and dividing society be a crime?

Nigel Farage should learn to defend himself before Elon Musk does.

Which is the bigger crime? Dividing society, provoking the public, promoting fascism or spilling a milkshake?

If spilling a milkshake is a crime, isn’t fascism a crime? What would the response be if a woman came to court and said, ‘Yes, I threw the milkshake, but Farage also provoked me’?

Perhaps the milkshake itself is to blame.
