Starmer should look at those working 72 hours a week before disables

1- Ministers are considering abandoning plans to freeze some disability benefits, the BBC understands, after a huge backlash from both the public and MPs. Initial reports suggested that Personal Independence Payments (PIP) would not rise in line with inflation for a year. However, there were later claims that they would be frozen.

2- According to the BBC’s special report, eligibility criteria for PIP will be tightened as the Government looks to cut billions of pounds from the welfare budget, but lifting the freeze could prevent a potentially damaging vote in the House of Commons.

3- It is foolish for the Government to be eyeing disability benefits because there is so much money to be raised that all it takes is for Starmer to open his eyes. People are receiving benefits, working full time, not paying rent and living like kings. The Government should look after part-time workers, and couples living together when they are not. There is so much more…Fix the loopholes in the system and catch the fraudsters…It’s stupid to mess with the poor and the disabled.
