1- The area around Big Ben was closed because a man carrying a Palestinian flag climbed the Elizabeth Tower. Pro-Palestinian protesters also spray-painted the clubhouse at Trump Turnberry Golf Course in Scotland overnight, The Guardian reported.
2- The strange thing is that when Western peoples protest for Palestine, their leaders come much closer to Israel. Tens of thousands of people took to the streets in all Western capitals, especially in the UK, to protest Israel, but after Lebanon, Israel also took over parts of Syria. In other words, Palestinian protests bring the governments much closer to Israel and much further away from the Palestinian people, rather than the people.
3- If you ask whether this Palestinian man’s action caused much noise, let us tell you. No! The Palestinian issue is already on the world’s agenda and is no longer an unimportant agenda. If that Palestinian man had hanged himself, he might have made a lot more headlines.
