1- Unfortunately, most politicians in this country have surrendered to the rhetoric of Trump and Elon Musk. Even Prime Minister Starmer could not give a strong response to Elon Musk’s claims. However, he is governing a country like the UK, which is historically bigger than the USA, but he is not yet aware of this.
2- He has to remind Trump of this, but he cannot because he closed that door by supporting Kamala Harris. This also shows how narrow-minded and short-sighted Starmer is.
3- He can still say this. The USA is nothing in Europe without the UK and the EU. Trump and the USA need the support of the UK in Europe and many parts of the world under all circumstances. The UK is a country that can determine policies without needing the USA, but the USA is not a country that can take steps without acting together with its allies. Starmer has to put Trump in his place, but the possibility of doing this with hesitant policies is zero.
