1-EU and UK must now make a decision. The other EU countries, especially Germany, France and Austria, and the UK administration cannot surrender to Elon Musk, who has nothing but money.

EU countries and UK are much bigger than Elon Musk and Elon Musk needs both EU and UK markets. EU countries and UK can impose sanctions against Tesla. In other words, Elon Musk is sitting in a glass dome and can be broken even by throwing stones.
3-EU and UK must realize their size, but they cannot do this with petty politicians.
