1- Apple has agreed to pay $95 million (£77 million) to settle a lawsuit over claims that some of its devices were listening to people’s conversations without their permission. So what this means is that if you use Apple devices, you have to know that you are being listened to. iPhones and iPads are listening to you illegally.
2- Since Apple has admitted to listening to people with its devices, anyone can sue the company after this lawsuit is over. Because personal rights have been violated.
3- What would happen if Chinese devices did the same thing? For example, if there were allegations that Huawei, Oneplus or Honor devices were listening to people and then proven in court, what would happen? These companies would be said to be Chinese spies and they would definitely be banned.
