According to SKY News, a 14-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of 80-year-old grandfather Bhim Kohli, who was attacked in Franklin Park in Leicestershire.
We don’t know if the boy is really guilty or not, but we do know this. In this country, there is no respect for the elderly anywhere except on buses. There is an unnamed hostility towards the elderly. Especially in the West, except for a few countries, in no other country in the world are elderly parents put in care homes by their children. But this country has this kind of tradition.
The elderly are lonely, they need constant care, but their children leave them alone and live their own lives as if they will never grow old.
The British Empire contributed a lot to the world, to the development of the world, to science, but it never learned to take the truths of other traditions and combine them with its own traditions. We first transmitted English to the world and then our culture, but we could never bring the right things from the countries we went to into our lives.
The most valued thing in Asia is the elderly. In China, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, India and other countries, the elderly are considered wise. For example, in Hindu culture, everything that is old is sacred. The old person, the old tree, the old animal are considered the symbol of God on earth. They are the most valuable people in the house. No one would think of sending them to the old age home.
But in our culture, the elderly are unnecessary. You send them to nursing homes, then a pandemic occurs, you let more than half of them die with the Corona virus. That’s why even for a 14-year-old child, an old person is an enemy, someone who needs to be destroyed.
Millions of elderly people are alone in their homes, alone in nursing homes, waiting for someone to talk to them, but we are killing them with the hands of children.
