The Biden administration, which has consistently supported Israel in the Israel-Hamas war and ensured that the war continued, gathered its cabinet after Hamas killed 6 hostages, one of whom was an American citizen.
Biden, who both supported the war and said, “Let there be peace in the region,” said that Netanyahu, who did not agree to a ceasefire with Hamas, did not make enough efforts.
The killing of an American hostage was, in a sense, an indication that Biden and the US have lost the war. It shows that a US that was defeated by the Taliban in Afghanistan cannot fight Hamas in the Middle East, and that its support for Israel is of no use.
It is not only Hamas that killed American hostages, it is Biden’s attitude that supports this continuous war.
